1. Returns

All Payments made for subscription or services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds or partial credits will be issued — including for unused time within a billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining days, weeks, or months of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your account and services until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew automatically.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Turkiye)

Under applicable consumer protection laws, digital services that begin immediately after purchase may remove the right of withdrawal, provided that the customer gives explicit consent.

By purchasing and activating a ApyGuard subscription, you agree that:

• “The service starts immediately upon purchase, and I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal.”

This means you will not be entitled to a refund once the service has started

4. Legal Exceptions

If a refund is required under applicable law (for example, in case of a duplicate payment or unauthorized charge), we will comply accordingly and process such requests at our discretion.
